Does Ham AI guarantee profit?#
No. Any target is an operating objective, not a guarantee. Trading always carries a risk of capital loss.
Can I lose capital?#
Yes. Trading involves risk of capital loss. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Use only capital you can afford to lose.
What happens if the data feed stops?#
After 45 seconds without a new update, the dashboard switches to Offline so stale figures are never presented as live.
Safety & control
Must I send my MT5 password for Copy Trade?#
No. Members provide only an account number for connection authorization. Your password and funds remain under your control.
Can Ham Live place trades in my account?#
No. The data pusher only reads information from MT5 and displays it; it cannot place orders.
Can I withdraw funds from my account?#
Yes. Funds always stay in an account under your name at your broker; you fully control deposits and withdrawals.
What is the difference between Guest and Member data?#
Guests see growth percentages and status by default. Signed-in Members may see monetary figures and detailed positions per access settings.
Copy trade & operations
How is the Copy Trade fee calculated?#
The performance fee is 30% of profit. No profit means no performance fee. An optional managed VPS costs $15 per month.
Do I need a VPS?#
Not required. VPS is optional at $15/month to keep the system running 24/7 without self-hosting.
Does Copy Trade work with other brokers?#
Yes. Ham Copy Client automatically maps different symbol names across brokers.
