This policy explains what data Ham AI (fxham.com) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the website and support our customers.
1. Scope
This policy covers the fxham.com website and our official contact channels. It does not cover brokers, wallets, banks or other third-party services you choose to use — those operate under their own policies.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us directly: name, email address, phone or messaging handle, product of interest and the content of your message when you submit a contact form or request a trial.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, pages viewed, timestamps, referring page and error events. This is used for security, abuse prevention and performance.
Operational data: if you are a customer, we keep your plan details, activation status and support history so we can serve you.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not ask for or store your broker withdrawal password, we do not store full card numbers on the website, and we do not collect sensitive data such as health, religion or political opinion. API keys, tokens and technical connection details for the trading system are configured in your own environment and are not stored on this marketing website.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: respond to enquiries and provide product information; deliver, activate and support the service under our agreement; protect the system against unauthorised access and fraud; measure and improve website quality; and comply with legal obligations when lawfully requested by a competent authority.
The corresponding legal bases are your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in security and service improvement, and legal obligation.
5. Cookies and similar technologies

6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the website, and only to the minimum extent required: hosting and CDN providers, email delivery (Google Workspace SMTP), market-data providers that power our price and economic-calendar displays, and analytics tooling where enabled.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of our users and ourselves.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers host data outside Vietnam. Where data is processed abroad we select providers offering an equivalent standard of protection and put appropriate contractual safeguards in place.
8. Retention
Contact data is kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Customer data required for the contract and for accounting obligations is kept for the period the law requires. Technical logs are normally kept for up to 12 months.
9. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts, and separation between the website environment and the trading system. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your personal data we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your rights

11. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data, and will delete it if we find it.
