Ham AI does not guarantee profit, does not promise any win rate, does not promise a maximum drawdown, and does not warrant that any strategy will be profitable in future. Past results, including simulated and backtested results, do not predict future performance.
4. Informational content
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, exact or timely. Information may change without notice. You should verify anything independently before acting on it.
5. Performance figures
Performance figures shown on the website may come from live accounts, test accounts or illustrative data. Where the data is illustrative it is labelled “Mock Data”. Individual results vary with broker, capital, leverage, risk configuration and the point at which you enter the market.
6. Decisions remain yours
Every decision to connect the software, size a position, set risk limits, pause or stop trading is made by you, and the financial consequences are yours. If you are unsure, consult an independent licensed financial adviser before trading.
7. No tax or legal advice
We do not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Reporting and paying tax on trading results, and complying with the rules where you live, are your responsibility.
8. Third-party content
The website may quote market data, an economic calendar, or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of those sources, and a link is not an endorsement.
